Nestled in the tranquil valley of Val Gardena, Garni Conturina was a charming retreat for my mother and me. Surrounded by a quiet garden with sun loungers, it provided the ideal place to relax and unwind. the attentive hosts and curated breakfast set the stage for a special vacation. The public bus service connecting the property to Santa Cristina and Ortisei made exploring the nearby towns effortless. the mountain-view balcony in our ensuite room offered stunning views of the Dolomite landscape, perfect for starting our day of trekking in the mountains. Although the breakfast was just okay, the variety of bread, juices, fruitsalad, and self-made cakes at the buffet were a delightful start to our mornings. With activities like skiing, cycling, and hiking readily available, Garni Conturina catered to our love for outdoor adventures. the Alpine-style décor of the guest rooms and the children's playground added a touch of charm to the experience.
